Scary Ladies are the higher-tier nutrient-based breed of the Lady family, being born from Scary Runes, which appear when there is 30 or more nutrients in a Lady-based rune. They feed on members of the Lilith family and fight other members of the Lady family. They will slow the rise in a hero's motivation and attack from afar, but if the hero comes close, they will dip into the dirt and hide until they're gone.
They were functionally replaced by the Harpy in No Heroes Allowed! VR.
