Ash Ladies are the lowest level breed of the Lady family, being born from Ash Runes, which appear when there is a range of 17-29 nutrients in a Lady-based rune, but less than 17 mana. They feed on members of the Lilith family and fight other members of the Lady family. They will slow the rise in a hero's motivation and attack from afar, but if the hero comes close, they will dip into the dirt and hide until they're gone.
They were functionally replaced by the Gargoyle in No Heroes Allowed! VR.

Pale beauties who appear when you tap a nutrient-filled rune in the lower reaches of the dungeon. Their top halves are very extremely easy on the eye, but below the belt is a different story, and they say that if you plucked one out of the ground you'd find fat legs and cankles. Heroes who've heard this tale have a hard time increasing their motivation, but since they hide themselves away as soon as anyone gets within 2 miles, no one knows the truth.
