A Wookiemon Rune as seen in No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either!.
The Wookiemon Rune is a conduit to summon a Wookiemon, introduced in What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!?. It's created by digging around a Level 3 Nutrient Block and then breaking it. It can become a Diabro Rune if it accumulates 17+ mana through absorbing Spirits. If a hero walks on it, they will lose MP.

What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!?[]

These runes form the doorways between dungeons and Wookiemon homes. Just knock on it to make them come through. The amount of mana supplied to the rune determines whose house it goes to. Luckily, you can tell where it's going by its color. It gets more mana when Spirits haunt them, and less mana when heroes step on them.
